Day 5 in London: Sunday Morning Cash Gains & David Clarkson’s CGF TV Table Success

Slovenian Festival’s Flight and Hotel Info Included!

The 2017 Cash Game Festival in London at Aspers Casino has been a huge success. On Day 3 and 4, 23 tables ran simultaneously. Many different games were enjoyed throughout the festival including no-limit holdem, dealer’s choice pot-limit Omaha, Sviten Special and dealer’s choice mixed games. As mentioned in the previous blog, Sviten Special got extra attention from some of the Cash Game Festival team members, especially from Andro who appeared to be in love with this game.
Sunday morning in London started with some serious cash gains for some of us. Our Twitch live stream clicker and, a professional poker player from Estonia, Ardi won 1400 pounds. He was proudly waving the cash, making some of us a little jealous. However, he was being very co-operative when the CGF Team’s new member, a content creator Inga tried to take an Instagram shot of his cash pile. They were spreading it out on a poker table and tried their best to capture the pure joy of a fresh pile of poker cash.  Go check out the Cash Game Festival Instagram February 19 photo. The festival featured 10 TV tables or two per day. United Kingdom’s David Clarkson was the 2017 Cash Game Festival London’s most consistent winner on the feature tables, including winning a huge pot worth over £4,000 on Day 1. He was the biggest winner of all TV table winners in London. He is a humble and a friendly guy. He is also a vegan according to his Twitter account description. Way to go, David!
Soon, the Cash Game Festival heads to its second stop of 2017, Casino Perla in Nova Gorica, Slovenia, for 5 days of nonstop cash games from March 8 to 12. We expect to attract many players from Italy due to the casino’s proximity to the Italian border. Casino Perla is one of the biggest casinos in Europe and we are prepared for at least 30 cash game tables featuring a variety of stakes and games running at peak times during the festival.
Although the festival in Slovenia marks the first stop to the region, the structure of the festival will be like that of other Cash Game Festivals. Each day there will be two televised TV tables hosted by our own Twitch star Brandon Allen. Players can reserve a spot on the TV table on the Cash Game Festival website as well as other tables throughout the festival.
We would like to remind you once more that the nearest airport is the Trieste airport which is only a 15-minute ride away from the casino. If you need any help with getting from the airport to the hotel, contact us at info@www.cashgamefestival.com.
Lufthansa is offering reasonable flights From London to Trieste at only about 163 EUR per round trip. Also from Stockholm, Sweden, starting from 276 EUR, and from Helsinki, Finland 281 EUR per round trip ticket. Alitalia is offering reasonably priced round trips from Paris to Trieste, starting from 181 EUR. Looks like one can find good deals from the airlines.
